Again, not my wife.
If my sarcasm wasn't thick enough in the unnecessary thread; I was being sarcastic with my reply to the question which I already answered (now three times) in this thread.
I take it I'm the only weird guy who doesn't just walk up to random women and ask them to be my wife? Is that what you guys do? Or is every person BUT me in the OV35 married.......none of you are dating anyone?
Not my wife, we have been dating for a while now.
Next time I'll be sure to photoshop her out of any pics I post either on my profile here or here in this thread to avoid any further confusion.http://blog.bodybuilding.com/sargeek1975/

Have been shamed in my journal for not showing progress pics tho I'm 7 wks out from show. Not copping out or make excuses; simply don't do them. Couple of my younger buds (they're in their 40s and I'm 72) were clowning around today at the gym in one of the classrooms. Asked one to snap a few pics for my album just to prove I'm real. Admittedly, left my shirt on as am sure no one wants to see a grandfather type hairy beast. Yeah, am not as dialed in, cut or ripped as I hope to be in on stage in 7 wks, but my progress is at best slow.

My journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=140991491 Age is NOT an acceptable excuse.
Played with dinosaurs as a child. Back then everyone was thin; it was a matter of out-running the raptors or being one of their meals.

Man, I wish I could quote and give kudos and reps to everyone individually who has posted pics... That's what it's all about. And Sargeek, the gal you're dating is beautiful and looks to be in great shape.
Today I did a rare arm workout. Nothing but biceps, triceps and forearms. If I just do that once every 6-8 weeks, it doesn't bother my elbows or wrists. So I got one of those big ol' arm pumps, and when I changed clothes afterwards this shirt that is normally kinda big on me was tight in the upper arms. First time one of these "business casual" button-up shirts in size medium was tight on my arms. So of course I took a pic. Despite not doing dedicated arm days very often, I was able to increase the weights on all of the exercises by 5 to 10 pounds, which was more weight than I had ever used for arms.
Yeah, the sleeve is kinda pushed up... it normally hangs loose.

Thanks Yak!
The look on my face was because I had my phone standing on the cross bar of the rack and I though it was about to fall off!
Thanks Alex!
But you're only 3 months after having a saw through your chest! Muscle memory will do wonders and I'd be delighted if I could build half the chest mass you've got in your avi
Guys like yourself , Yak and ljimd at 61, 65 and 72 are inspirational. Getting on the stage is a great achievement in itself IMO but bringing the physiques that you guys have gives me hope that I can still improve and maybe even get on the stage myself at some stage
that's a great pic - arms and forearms are looking huge and you're looking lean. I'm sure you got plenty of favourable comments at work!"Better to wear out than rust out!"

I called my hubby over to see your pic, he says - What is he..late 40's?
Big arms/shoulders and no surprise, you're in top physical shape!
Don't assume we aren't interested in what's under that shirt
I remember a story you told some time ago in your journal. You were at a pool with family, there were a bunch of young guys and their gals there too. Your grandaughter asks why you were the only one without a shirt...
