So I originally subscribed to this thread to motivate me as to what is possible. Thank you all for that.
Here is one of my sets this morning doing my 5 rep max. My form is definitely off due to the fact that my wife woke me up at 12:30 this morning for some wrassling. I know I can do these while keeping my hips under my back and not arching on the way up. I didn't feel like I was arching during this set, but my eyes don't lie. My goal is to share a similar video towards the end of summer with at least 3 plates, and less love handles.

My idea was to do a side by side of myself relaxed and after a heavy workout. As luck would have it I didn't get the pump I wanted, but it is what it is. Left shot is off day (yesterday) right shot is fresh out of my dungeon gym a little while ago.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Steph, 153 looks good on you - love that quad sweep.
Here are my legs. I'm throwing squats at them at least 3x/week. Not really growing like I hoped, but still lean and vascular. And yet I have a keg for abs...my body sucks....

Good cutting Smelly ..... you're looking bigger and have loads more definition in your upper back and you can see your lat overhang! Massive physique!

Your legs are cut and vascular and they look bigger than I remember them from last years' pics. It's hard to imagine you've got a 'keg' with that amount of definition!

On a side note. I had a visitor today. One I had not seen in some time.
A freakin huge pump! . WOW....I forgot what they are like. Have not had a decent one in 4 months (dieting). Today was not even a 'pump' workout, but I have been forcing in the carbs and it shows. (Today is 450g of carbs).
This almost felt freaky. Not quite biggest I ever saw...but at least I know I didnt shrink during my cut

Not a weight room achievement, but I am pretty happy none the less
Back in November when I was diagnosed with type 2, my fasted blood glucose was 238 and my hemoglobin a1c was 10.8 (representing an average of 264!)
Got my labs back today, Fasted BG was 105 and my A1c was 6.3 (representing a 129 average)
HDL low
LDL OK
Cholesterol 155
Triglycerides 230 (but I have read that active fat loss influences this number)
