    Doms...

    is there any reason as to why my DOMS will ALWAYS kick in 2 days after a workout rather than 1?

    It just seems weird to me that it's always 2, maybe it means that my muscles haven't broken down properly or something? I know DOMS is normal, and happens between 24-72 hours but it's just weird to me that its 48...

    You realize the "D" in DOMS stands for delayed, right? It's normal.

    I really only get it from squats anymore, but Day 1 is slight and Day 2 is brutal.
