what am I doing?
hmm..came on here a little over a year ago because my weight loss was a stand still
I was doing the same workout 6 days a week
I was up to doing oh an hour and a half of cardio a day
I was drinking two shakes and eating once
that meal was pretty damn lean
I was given some really valuable advice by some really smart people that did not have to help me at all..
started charting my macros
started changing the workout
and adding in a day of rest here and there
started eating more..not less
started lifting heavier
started keeping track of my body measurements
threw that friggin scale away
