Pure aesthetics man, great work. You already had a good base for muscle building because of the bodyweight excercises. Maybe I'll look like you in another 9 months since I stopped doing as much calisthenics and started serious weight lifting.

Obviously you had a great base, but here is one thing I don't understand
You bulked to 199 and 15%, so had 169.15 lbm
Now your 180 and 4% so have 172.8lbs lbm
You gained muscle on a cut, when people who usually cut lose a minor amount on a cut even if they take it slow.
Are you natural? Regardless great work just don't understand how that's possible in a caloric deficit without gear
