Hey I just aught some creatine monohydrate, how exactly do you load and what are the benefits of loading?

Quit being so lazy and stop asking random people because chances are they'll be as lazy as you (look at that, not 1 source mentioned in all responses). Go to bb.com's main page and read the articles on supplements. Or follow a training guide; chances are they'll talk about creatine at some point.
The back of my creatine container on loading: "1 round teaspoon (5g) in the morning, afternoon, dinner, before bed. Drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day."

There is no need to load. The only benefit is faster saturation, but the negs out way that. Stick to 3-5g a day for a month and your golden. Drink your water as well.If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.
