Dancing is preferred more by females than males. Dancing is a good exercise for keeping the body fit. It helps to loose body fat and increases circulation of blood which is very useful for heart. Am I right ?

You will definitely see great benefits from Zumba!!! I'm a Zumba instructor, teach only 1-2x / week and have been teaching for 7 years now. It's definitely a great cardio option to help you lose fat while body building, and engages all those unique muscles that don't normally get worked by other types of cardio. I get compliments all the time on my arms and how tone they look even when I haven't lifted in a while.
