    quick question

    ok, so today I did Chest and Triceps workout. Can I train Back and biceps tomorrow?
    I will do Pull-ups, chin-ups, bent over dumbbell rows, cable rows, dumbbell curls, barbell curls
    Will my triceps be ok with it?
    Will I lose the gains made on the triceps?

    You might want to ask them. One day later and you have already moved on to another muscle group. They can be very sensitive.

    No, but seriously, they are used as stabilizer muscle in some exercises for the back. Is it still ok?
