ok, so today I did Chest and Triceps workout. Can I train Back and biceps tomorrow?
I will do Pull-ups, chin-ups, bent over dumbbell rows, cable rows, dumbbell curls, barbell curls
Will my triceps be ok with it?
Will I lose the gains made on the triceps?
