    started today my cut i only have 587 cals left :L foods ? meals ? lol

    started using an app to count my cals and such. So i can only have 1850 a day with my cut and ive eaten 1263 so far today :L ive 587 left and its only 6 pm over here lol im hungry as **** but i dont know what to do. Any idea, advice, tips on cutting? im a first timer

    i was thinking of tuna or chicken for my last meal or try and break it down to 2 smaller meals. Stupid question but when cutting is meeting ur macros or cals more important

    You shouldnt go under 2000 cals for a cut imo

    Why would you break a small 587 calorie meal into 2?
