I feel like I post this a lot, but it all has to do with your thinking. If your expectations are so low that you think there is no chance you will ever find someone then you probably wont. I use to be so shy with girls in high-school I wouldn't talk to any and when I did I went completely beta, face got red, started to sweat. So I did something to change it. Now I have no problems talking to girls and when I was single I would constantly approach 10+ girls a night at the bars and zero sh*** were given if I got rejected.
Now just being positive and thinking you will isn't going to magically put a girl in your life, but it will give you the motivation to do things to better your life like hit the gym, buy some new clothes, read a self-help book, take some classes, etc...

Even if you aren't the most aesthetically pleasing person you can be proactive and work to change everything else in your life.

Get your arse into the gym, lift some weights, and do something about the way you think. Sitting and posting on the misc about things like this won't help you unless you take the advice of some of the people.
Worst comes to worst I am sure there is some girl out there thinking the exact same thing as you right now.

No it isn't. Learn to move on and enjoy life and don't be afraid to get involved again. Not against being single, but nothing wrong with desiring a relationship either.

Mirin your positivity but when you keep failing with little if any success, it's really hard to stay motivated/positive.
