Bump. Any news on a JDS-Cain rematch? It's been pretty quiet lately.

Yeah, there's rumors of Cain having an injury (hand I think) but he said it's untrue and is having x-rays to prove that. Unsure, it's been pretty quiet. Would love JDS/Reem.

Reem if he can protect his chin. Cain if he can protect his chin as well.

Overeem and Werdum are the only threats I see to JDS.
Both can stand and strike good. Werdum has developed good boxing defense. Werdum has good BJJ.
Overeem is good standing up, and is not a bad ground fighter.
JDS beat Werdum but he has stepped his game up.

I believe Alistair Overeem vs JDS can be a very good fight.

Saw this coming from a mile away. JDS vs. Overeem is the bigger money fight and the UFC wanted to get the storyline in place to make this match happen. This is just like when Belfort had to pull out of his fight because of an "injury".. only to accept a title shot a week later.

I don't believe anybody stands much of a chance.
That being said, Overeem could possibly pull it off, but I see him going down hard in the 1st or 2nd.Olympic and power lifts are the way to real strength.
Arm wrestling champion.
Tequila shot record holder.

I love JDS, always been a fan of his but I think he's slightly ducking Cain and I don't blame him. After what Cain did to Big Foot, I wouldn't want to step into a cage with him either, lol. I think Dos Santos will end up facing Cain while Overeem squares off against the next best fighter awaiting for a title shot.
Either way, both challengers would make for great fights against JDS. Cain's got a great ground game and Overeem has good stand up.

Jds v. Reem is all but confirmed.
And ive never seen a beef so fake in my life. I can see reem trying to promote the fight with trash talking but hearing jds say that he wants to postpone the cain fight so he can beat reem just doesnt come off as genuine. Its not in jds to talk chit but they are making him. Dana and co must have recently been told that reeem will be eligible for the end of the yr or else no trash talk would have begun between the two.* MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN Crew*

What exactly went wrong with JDS? I know he's still top 4 but he's never been the same since Cain wrecked him. Looking forward to JDS vs Miocic 3
