    Its what ive done foe the past year, i used to do phat style volume but not antmore. The powerbuilding is like phat but less exercises and diff split obv but still same concept of high and low reps. I havent changed back for a reason so

    Lyle's if you are still relatively new, PHAT if you are an intermediate/advanced trainee.

    Also the best routine is the one you will be consistent with and enjoy doing.
