I'd love to see others' routines. When you eat, supplement, workout.
So many studies boast workouts in the morning, but when I eat early my appetite is out of control all day. Uping my protein hasn't helped. Supplementing with Fiber seems to, but I hate to do that as an appetite suppressant. I'm guessing I shouldn't be working out on empty.
I am seeking further weight loss, and am a beginner in weight training.
Do any of you workout first thing, but not eat until lunch time?
How do you adjust your supplements then, if at all?
Any further advice?
