I play FF to make the rest of the league more interesting...don't need any motivation to watch home games.

The money will start getting deposited in about 2 weeks so if people lag too long on paying up thats when the next round of cuts will take place.

Haha, true. I usually don't either but end up drafting a couple of niners if i see value in it. Every fan tends to think highly of some players on their team especially guys other people may not know as much about.

Then again since the niners were good last year suddenly a lot more people are aware of them...of course most of the strength is on D which doesn't help as much in a non IDP league.

I'm in the middle of a 35k home renovation project. I can honestly say my funds are tight for another month. If that's a issue,I understand. I will be able to pay to play in about a month though.

Like I said my biggest concern is lack of communication and inactivity.


What I DONT want to happen is to get to draft week, have someone bail, and then have to scramble to find a replacement.



As long as you're keeping us posted I feel fine, its when people are quiet and don't handle their side of the deal that I get paranoid.

I vote for keeping the rosters at 14 spots just to keep some emerging players available on the waiver wire.

I currently have the payment deadline set up for August 4th which is the day before the first pre-season game (I believe). This should give us enough time (4 weeks) to find people if we need to replace a slacker.



Let me know if this is a problem for anyone.


I also have the payout date set for December 27th so it should be a happy new year for someone!

Its up for debate and nothing is set in stone but I figure most people want to do it the week between preseason and regular season to avoid drafting someone that gets injured in preseason.
