Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum ..
Well for a while now I've been saying I want to change my body.. Build muscle, lose weight! Last year I was 10st thanks to boxing 2 x a week then I became injured. Since I have not done any cardio. I have now decide I need to get my act together and hence why I am posting my diet on here to see if I am starting in the right direction. I shall also be adding a weight workout 3 - 4 x a week once I get a gym sorted! Thank you for having a look and giving me your feedback!
Breakfast 07:00 - 2 x eggs 1 x egg white scrambled
Snack 10:30 - Tuna Tin , Pineapple or some other fruit
Lunch 13:00 - whole meal sand which egg or ham, turkey breast packet fresh
Snack 14:30 - Banana
Lunch 18:00 - cooked meal almost certainly meat with veg or pasta
I try to jog 2- 3x a week about 3 miles each time
I am 5'7 11.5st
