    Whole milk and testosterone?

I'm drinking 1 gallon of Vitamin D milk a day and I've heard different things about milk either increasing/decreasing testosterone levels. Can anyone give me some clarification on this?

Milk is a beverage you can drink if you choose to help you reach your calorie and macronutrient needs. Nothing more

i would prolly ditch the vit-d milk, srs
go with organic whole milk, nothing added. the saturated fat in milk is what effects your test tho, allows you to produce. not sure if eating MORE sat fat increases test or not tho.

Helps if you are fat deficient, but only to the point of around .3-.5g/lb depending on the person.

I thought it was monounsaturated fats that had a direct correlation to testosterone levels. Not that there's anything wrong with saturated fats.

OP: It's definitely not going to decrease your testosterone levels.
