Can someone please set up a 40% carb, 40% protein, and 20% fat diet for me. I really don't care if im eating the same thing every day as long as its healthy. Please make it as cheap as possible.
Age: 19
Weight: 160 lbs
Height: 6ft 2
Goal: 200-215 lbs (This goal might change as I progress) under 10% body fat
Basic Metabolic Rate: 1,873 calories
I was thinking of consuming 3,200 calories a day, I want to gain a pound per week (tell me if I should cut back or not)
Food Available: Oatmeal, Bananas, Eggs, Tuna, Brown Rice, Chicken, Cottage Cheese, whole wheat bread, omega e peanut butter, non fat milk
add anything you think might help thats relatively cheap, the cheaper the better
supplements:
-chocolate peanut butter body fortress
-nature made fish oil
