AGree with everybody about the hawtness, but I wonder, do you lift much more when pulling sumo (wondering because your range doesn't seem that much shorter this way)?

No problem. You should try.
It was actually the point I've pulled 285 (once) and 275 (several times) before. This was by far the hardest.

Thanks gobz it was tough. More food before gym next time.
True don't think I would have pulled it if Melissa was not there. I had two gym time barbies stretching in the corner. The first attempt I failed, they were shaking their heads. The second time I got it. When I put the bar down it obviously makes noise. The more obnoxious of the two said , OH my god, that is loud!
Srsly! ugh
Never do, take that back. I do have that 60 yr old 5 ft even hispanic guy that barely speaks english following me around exercise to exercise. ANNoying

Thanks I've pulled it several times before.
I stopped pulling conventional it frustrates the crap out of me. I need to get back to it though. I used to pull 135x10 conventional before and after sumos just to say I did em. I don't know maybe 250x1

No such luck here. I've been here twice first time waited two hours until I was next in line then the credit card machine was down. Honestly?! I've pondered a lot about this, I think it has to do with pelvic tilt. Womens and mens are different. Time and time again you see very flexible women :ahem: that can not drop their butts low enough withought being in a wide stance. However men in a vertical jump stance have no problem.
I have seen countless posts and youtube videos with women standing heels on plates to get proper depth on squats with a shoulder wide stance. Widen the stance and toes out same depth. Just a theory.
