As for cultural thing, I'm also south asian. From my experience, desi guys are much more bolder and if they saw a girl they like they'd go for it. That's exactly why I asked... Some people say "if a guy is into you at all he will be receptive to you asking him out" and others will say "if he's really into you he will go for it." I don't know what to believe because the signs make me think he's into me (and I think his brother has been wingman-ing him), all the smiling, etc. but he hasn't asked me out. Maybe he just doesn't have time.. or is conflicted because of his religion, lol. Or maybe he's just laughing at the thought that a fatty like me thinks I have a chance with his hot bod?! (strong insecurity itt). anyway I haven't seen him again yet but next time I do I will go for it.
