Probably Stones doing. the RIS might be more of a batch to batch thing than their main 12oz stuff.
I feel like it would be cool, but costly =\
i just checked it out. For that price I could get more than 2x the beer at a store about 2 hours away. With a far better selection of my own

Yeah, I was looking at doing this one (The 2nd one on the list) on a month to month basis to try it out.. Would be about $43.00 per month for 12 beers..

I may give it a 1 month trial and report back my findings.. I need to find a store semi-close to me that sells good craft beersProud member of the Who Dat Nation since '87!

Yeh I think it's just how the capper works, I've never had a carbonation issue or broken bottles. I think my next batch I'll put a quarter in between the cap and capper and see how it works. Although I do find it interesting it didn't cause an indent on the one twist off bottle I accidentally used.

Dont worry about it, it doesnt matter. I have a dual handle capper too, and I get indentation as well. I think its just because the die is still fairly new and not worn away, but people on homebrewtalk say that your cap is on before you are finished pressing down if you get indents. Me = not giving a fuk, because i get perfect carbing every time anyways. I would rather know that my cap is on by completing the motion with the capper lol

I was wondering why this thread never showed up in my CP anymore. Gotta sub this one now.
Figured some of you might find this interesting:

The more I look at the list, the more I "WTF?" at it. I'm not going to deny that there are a lot of good beers on that list, but the order is not what I would expect.
