New to the site, and for the most part, new to dieting as well. I have been doing good so far for a few weeks and am going to Vegas this weekend. My plan is to still maintain to eat as clean as possible, but curious how difficult that may be, because I do intend to fully participate in what is the vegas nightlife.
Anyone have any expereinces in Vegas while trying to eat clean, how did it go. I know the obvious answer is will power and to find a way, just looking for someone with personal experience.

Yea, thanks. I was planning on keeping up with the protein and hitting up the hotel gym early mornings while the gf is sleeping. My only concearn is because I have quit diets in the past and I am on good track right now of about a month of eating clean. All the things that used to taste liek crap to me (un seasoned veggies, unseasoned tuna, rice, oatmeal) all are becoming acquired tastes. I dont mind them anymore. Im just thinking a weekend full of beer and fried/fatty foods may halter my overall diet and start to push me to the edge of going back to old ways....but I guess coming back after the weekend will be a true test to will power
