Green Coffee Bean Extract has been having rave reviews atm so I'm gonna try it. I'm also going to keep this log to
A) Let you guys know how it goes
B) Keep myself on track

I'm currently 13st 6lb, or 188lbs, at 5'11 with c.24% BF

Generic pills (from Amazon) arrived yesterday and I'll be taking 800mcg daily

I've previously done ECA stack, which worked wonders, but my aim recently has been bulking and I miscalculated my calories which left me fatter than I wanted to be. My diet was spot on for the calories I thought that I needed though; i.e.: I can stick to something when I need/want to

My diet, nor sporadic workout routine, will be changing not.

Over the last two days I've taken 800mcg a day

Calorie surplus has been around 2,000 in total and my weight hasn't moved at all

I didnt sleep well and I wonder if these kept me up or not, although it could just be a coincidence I guess?

*Short spells of blankness today, akin to ECA, but that could be due to being tired from last night!

I weighed myself this morning at 13st 4lb 6, or 186.6lb.

Seems very odd in just a day so I'm taking no notice, but I guess the combined results are just over a lb in 3 days of doing nothing different - which isnt a bad rate at all.

1200 mg a day
maybe someone can shed more light on this.

was 20cals off my perfect intake yesterday and this morning I'm weighing in at 13st 3lb 8, or 185.8lb

10.45am
1.30pm
3.00pm

1,200 a day may do more for you I guess, although all the studies I've read had 800mg so I've started on that and may increase if necessary

Not sure tbh

some blank gazes, akin to ECA, and some sleep irregularity but I've had a fairly stressful few days so the lack of sleep may be from that and leading to the blank gazing

Too early to tell if I'm truthful

Nice overlooked ingredient. A quality 50% Chlorogenic Acid extract works quite well IME, even @ lower dosage.

Gods honest truth is I have no idea what that means, Im new to weights and supplements (although not to working out).

Overrated by Dr. Oz, yes. Overrated by people who know a thing or two about the body and fat loss, i don't think so. I was training a client that couldn't stomach EC anymore (harsh sides even at 1 dose split), i put her on GCB instead. Once we got the dosage timing correct, she was able to see almost the same fat loss rate as she did from EC, and no sides. Diet was closely monitored, no change from EC. GCB is a great addition to a fat loss stack or fat loss product. Is it the next EC? No.

You want to take GCB pre meal, and with a meal that contains a good amount of carbs. This will maximize GCB.
