Umm be focking creative FFS, load up a sandwich with lean meats (or not so lean whatever just fulfill your protein reqs) and then add the fixins cheese, mayo, lettuce tomato etc until you hit your cal goal. Maybe buy some higher cal bread or some not-so-lean cuts of meat if you want the cals...

I enjoy roast beef sammiches. Here's an idea with cal estimates

two slices dat white bread- 120 cals ea. x2 = 240 kcals
200-300g roast beef/chicken/other meat- anywhere from 200-400 cals probably (300 in calculation)
    slice 2% am. cheese = 90 cals
    lettuce, tomato = 20 cals
    mayo/low fat mayo alternative = 50 cals
    that right there is 240 + 300 + 90 + 20 + 50 = 700 cals for the sandwich. want more cals make two or add a protein shake.

Find your required macros if you havent already.
List all the foods you love, and/or can take with you on the go to fit in said criteria. Mix, match, stir, stack it to your desire.

Sandwichs, hard-boiled eggs and beef jerky are always easy, portable foods.
