    Calorie breakdown question

    Trying to build muscle while losing some body fat that I still have. What should be a good calorie breakdown rec?? How many carbs/fats/protein on rest days and on workout days??

    no one ever reads the sticks, ever. its kinda sad.
    VERY ROUGH estimation hit about 1500kcals a day or less. with your body weight in protein.
    if youre serious read up on a keto diet.
