I know diet is everything and recently I'm really trying to get together and learn as much as I can.
So today is my cheat day out of the week, I take a cheat day after eating healthy for 6 days.
I had: A carde asada with rice, steak abd cheese (only a half of a very large one). Also I had some nacho's with cheese and sour cream.
I ate until I was really stuffed lol.
I know it's stupid but I don't really know much about the rules of cheating.
(1) is it ok to cheat?
(2) How much Damage did I do? And is it hard to get back on track?
(3) What should I cheat with?

1. yes its ok to cheat, its obviously better to not cheat though
2. depends on how much over maintance you went. ex: if ur cutting at 300 a day, and then at the end of the week u binge 2100 over, ur back to square one pretty much; its easy to get back on track just takes some mental focus
3. anything u want
oh, and iifym

I've always found dieting easy, I never snacked out when I was a kid only when I was about 13-15 years old I ate maccas/lollies cos mum gave me money for school lunch. But now I've stuck to the diets that I change up during the carb/non carb phases I go through and the key thing is sticking to it for atleast a month, which is hard but once that month get's knocked down the rest is easy as! I only cheat when I go to a birthday dinner or go out to dinner with people or something which is maybe 3-5 times a month! but it's like quitting cigarettes, stick it out for a week and it'll come easy aswell as the IIFYM if you want to cheat find the best thing to cheat on, find something that fits the macros(may not fit micronutrients doesn't have to, thats why it's called a cheat meal) that you consider good tasting to be a satisfying meal.
