Thanks guys - I like to pretend that I am strong. Fact is, get me on a bench press and I will likely press less than 75% of the gym bros. Deadlift has just become my money lift over the last year - mostly because of me specifically training for it through lots of volume and accessory movements. Makes me wonder if I could get a decent bench as well through such efforts.

Deads lookin STRONG!!!!! I know you said you always feel beyond during prep but was wondering at what time do you feel your getting "closer" to ready? Any physique/mirror cues? Curious as we all loose bf differently and I know for me, once I see my hip veins, I know I get to a certain bf lvl

Left hip was a bit on the sore side throughout the workout, likely due to sprinting the other day and the cardio in general. Still happy with a 385 squat, but would have liked to do more volume/weight on leg presses, but the hip wasn't having it. Just getting through the MISS afterwards was brutal.
