Now that I am gettting back into lifting seriously after 1 year off for partying, I quit smoking. I do however enjoy some chewing tobacco every once in a while. While nicotene is obviously not good for you ... am I hurting my gains?

yea i was gunno say, i stopped smoking weed and cut down on my drinking. some sacrifices for lifting and me wanting to gain mass

You do not inhale a cigar, its for puffing on. If you inhaled cigars your whole life like people inhale cigarettes you'd die way too early.
