Now that I am gettting back into lifting seriously after 1 year off for partying, I quit smoking. I do however enjoy some chewing tobacco every once in a while. While nicotene is obviously not good for you ... am I hurting my gains?

lol packin lips. ummm i doubt it will even get in the way from your gains... but i got it in my eye once when my friend was packin on a boat and it got in my eye. personally i would never touch that **** (sup trench mouth & bad teeth)

I throw in a few pouches and hit the weights on my cloud 9 nicotine buzz.Lifting is a lot like partying... sometimes you go way too big and regret it the next morning.
