Can you workout all of upper body one day and all lower body the next?

Basically one day you workout your entire upper body and the next day all of lower body, and rotate from there. Some days can you do all of upper body twice like Mon,Tues and lower body Wed, Thur. Would this be ok for a beginner?

You're not getting enough rest if you work out your upper on Monday, then the next day again. Aim for at least 48 hrs of recovery, then go. So monday go upper, tuesday lower. Then you can go upper on Wed.

Upper/lower routines are really common.. and a ton of people use em.

    Upper
    Lower
    Rest
    Repeat

    Try something like:

It would be fine, you're going to have to see how it works for YOU. You can get all the advice in the
world but it doesn't mean it will work well for you and your goals.
