I was feeling like sheet this morning, could not believe I was feeling strong in the gym, squats were hard, but felt solid, bench was meeeeh and chin ups pretty strong, got a straight bar and boom! DB Press was a bit weird, gotta fix the form
A friend of mine is coming tonight and she will stay here 1 untill 04.07, so next week will be a kind of deload or really low volume

everything was heavier, felt weak and tired...I lost almost 1 pound last week because a friend of mine was here, and I wasn't paying attention to nutrition and walking a fuking lot, dat cardio.
In addition to my thyroid problem, I am sick now. btw, talking about thyroid, just made a appt with the doc for next monday, can't wait to get eveything in order and make gainz on a dai-lee

you guys don't even get irony around here about the "thanks thyroid"
lol, I had two great workouts last week even after being diagnosed, but this week has been weird as phck, like I said, possibly because that last week was full of unwanted cardio sessions due to walking a lot
plus the fact, even getting full rest and eating properly, I know what is going on, and must be the only explanation to feel weird, gotcha?

I also had hypothyroidism, started eating pills, things got pretty quickly back to normal, in around 4-5 months. First the doctor told me that I would have to eat pills for the rest of my life, but suddenly it went away. I was also pretty anorexic back then when I had this hypo, last june ( 188cm / 56kg).
Just stay strong! You'll beat it!

Woke up early as phuk, today as a busy day, going to docs, doing exams and fitting a workout. Today is really really hot, I was sweating a lot during the workout, srs considering to workout at night
Anyway, there is nothing wrong with my thyroid physically, I mean, no tumor or something like that. The endo got some blood samples, so the TSH can be checked again, but also some other things, like hormones, iron, etc etc....
I didn't like when she said that the solution is to take iodine tabs, like If I didn't eat enough Iodine...I hate these natural things around here. My went to a doc once who told her to use some arnica ointment on her shoulder because it was only a muscle pain, but well...she changed the doc and in fact was torn tendon. She is doing the surgery this wednesday. So this kind of thing worries me a freaking lot
