    I was feeling like sheet this morning, could not believe I was feeling strong in the gym, squats were hard, but felt solid, bench was meeeeh and chin ups pretty strong, got a straight bar and boom! DB Press was a bit weird, gotta fix the form
    A friend of mine is coming tonight and she will stay here 1 untill 04.07, so next week will be a kind of deload or really low volume

    In for results of the blood panel! And even though it was a later workout then you're used too you did pretty good looking at your numbers from what you usually do.

    Just don't blame everything (hence attribution bias) on thyroid, because you can't be sure thyroid is causing all your negative symptoms. Nonetheless, it most probably has been affecting you in some ways.

    lol, I had two great workouts last week even after being diagnosed, but this week has been weird as phck, like I said, possibly because that last week was full of unwanted cardio sessions due to walking a lot
    plus the fact, even getting full rest and eating properly, I know what is going on, and must be the only explanation to feel weird, gotcha?

    Unfortunatelly I have no idea, I am visiting the endo monday, but she will probably ask me to do some exams and then I will back to the geral doc...maybe 1 month?

    I also had hypothyroidism, started eating pills, things got pretty quickly back to normal, in around 4-5 months. First the doctor told me that I would have to eat pills for the rest of my life, but suddenly it went away. I was also pretty anorexic back then when I had this hypo, last june ( 188cm / 56kg).

    Woke up early as phuk, today as a busy day, going to docs, doing exams and fitting a workout. Today is really really hot, I was sweating a lot during the workout, srs considering to workout at night
    Anyway, there is nothing wrong with my thyroid physically, I mean, no tumor or something like that. The endo got some blood samples, so the TSH can be checked again, but also some other things, like hormones, iron, etc etc....
    I didn't like when she said that the solution is to take iodine tabs, like If I didn't eat enough Iodine...I hate these natural things around here. My went to a doc once who told her to use some arnica ointment on her shoulder because it was only a muscle pain, but well...she changed the doc and in fact was torn tendon. She is doing the surgery this wednesday. So this kind of thing worries me a freaking lot
    All I can do now is to wait, this is going to be a busy week, peace out!
