i've been doin keto for about 2 months now, and every time it comes around to doin the carb up, i feel like ****. i feel all bloated and fat, and i get full really quickly. does anyone else feel this way? i've been eating low GI foods, too, it's not like i splurge and have 5 snickers bars and a 2 liter bottle of coke. will i ever get used to these carb up days?
That's really weird, most people love their carb-ups. I know you said you eat a lot of low GI carbs but what are you having exactly? Is it food that you actually enjoy?
i was in the same situation as you, after a carb up i would feel bloated and sunday night headachs were not exactly my favorite thing. I switched to a TKD and I absolutly love it. Every once in a while I will do a short carb for a refeed and some change up in food.
hate em 2....i alwyas get bloated and feel like ive ruined my diet...i hade a really bad 1 past week, was not planned (binged) mid way thorugh day so lots of fat then lots of carbs...i had noticble fat gains, not water, now....
