Dips

DB Side Lateral Raises
7.5kg - 8, 8, 8
Got more reps than last week on incline bench but matched my previous best, got 2 more reps on OHP.
Friday 8/11/13

Wide Grip Pull Ups

Great workout today, I was hoping for 3 reps of 157.5kg but knew when I picked it up that that was not happening lol. All other exercises went well and form was improved.

Same. It's the rotational part that gets me. Stupid desk job has my shoulders all kinds of stiff nearly 24/7 and I have to do all kinds of assistance movements/stretches to loosen them up. I'd probably progress faster with a more linear pushing motion, but this way it also kind of acts as an assistance exercise.

Good workout today, I was meant to do this on Saturday but felt a pain in my back while warming up for deadlifts so thought that I better wait.
