Other options would to go to gnc and buy their probiotics. This is one area were gnc doesn't go wrong and you won't really over pay...as far as gut health I have seen good deals online if u search

Go to the health food store and get NOW brand, you can get about for about that price.

Formula and delivery method do count. Much of the market is no good but it's hard to say definitively since there are innumerable strains of bacteria out there.

There is a fair amount of info out there that shows no support for soy protein feminizing men or affecting men, but if nothing else, common sense should prevail. There are entire cultures that have soy-based diets that do not seem to be ridden with men w/ breasts or anything like that. There is evidence that isoflavones can have anti-estrogenic activity as well. This is not to mention the fact that many of the SPI's on the market (almost all of them are SPI, not SPC) do not contain isoflavones.

The meta study actually points out that the studied doses were lower than the typical Japanese diet. This meta analysis went on to point out the short duration of most of those studies and does infact point out a consistent but not statistically significant decline in testosterone.

Well it doesn't take buying. Soy protein to get estrogenics. Some whey has soy lecithin which is often overlooked when people purchase whey.

You wanna take probiotics prior to bed or first thing upon waking because the digestive tract has lower activity and it gives probiotics which are living organisms a change to attach to your intestial tract so they can work their magic

Hey all,

So I've developed lactose intolerance and can't use whey protein anymore. Thus I have had to start using soy protein. I know soy has estrogen in it which is bad for men, but I was just told that it causes fat to stay on the body and diminishes muscle mass. Obviously I can't go back to using whey protein so I was wondering if there was such a thing as an estrogen blocker that I could take so that I may continue to use soy protein without having to worry about the negative side effects? What do you recommend?

As a Bodybuilder that uses Soy blends and have used them for over 30 yrs, I really don't think you have much to worry about. Unless like some of the anti Soy idiots believe that I am an abnormality and the fact that nothing in Soy effects me in a negative way is some kind of genetic issue. Come on peeps you and I are no different inside. There is nothing wrong with Soy Protein as long as its NON GMO ad not commercially processed.

Yep anything that doesnt say Non GMO is going to be genetically altered crops and processed that has the potential to give problems.
