I know, crazy **** right? lulz.
well, I've disregarded the whole "nutrient timing doesn't count" and have made it my priority to have my biggest/ higher protein/carb loaded meal after my workouts, I also shy away from carbs, try to keep them at 100g to 130g daily. It works for me though, no hate. I gained muscle and lost fat at the same time at a deficit (wtf srs).
edit: oh btw I've noticed better recovery eating like that after my workouts with 5-6hrs of sleep per night than if I don't eat after my workout for 1 or more hours.300 Forever

you wouldn't believe how intense my training is. (srs)
I do 22-24 sets per big muscle groups (which is every training day) and 20 mins of moderate cardio afterwards. All in about 1 hr and 15 mins more or less.
I have tried different approaches and that's why I say it's what works for me, my schedule is pretty tight with school, my wife and our baby, I don't sleep a lot, lol.300 Forever
