Recommend me some new exercises and split

    Current split is:

    Chest/tri's
    Back/bi's
    Legs/abs

Looking to change that, i still want a 3 day a week split, but i want to train arms on their own day, or at least not on the same day as doing heavy compounds, any ideas?
Secondly, i was after some good alternative exercises to the following:

Bent over DB or BB rows (want to try something else now)
    Incline DB bench press
    Machine pulldowns
    Side lat raises
    Machine calf raises

    Any ideas? Thanks

You'd be best off hitting everything 2x a week with an upper/lower or push/pull. But if you really wan't 3 days a week lifting, try something like this.

    Chest/Delts/Tri's
    Flat BB bench
    Incline DB bench
    Side Lateral Raises
    Weighted Dips
    Tricep Pressdowns

    Off

    Back/Bi's
    Deadlifts
    Wide-Gripped Chins/Nautilus Pulldowns
    Barbell Rows
    Rear Deltoid Flyes
    Barbell Curls

    Off

    Legs/Abs
    Squat
    Front Squat/Leg Press
    SLDL
    Hamstring Curls
    Crunches

I don't see the need for an individual arm day, unless there is something that particulary makes you a special snowflake.
