Back in my day, beating meant something! Tbh that kid is lucky...even momma gave us better beatings than that!
Parents theses days are too soft and a general lack of dominance in the home tends to create fat/greedy/emo/etc etc kids its sad but true
Nothing wrong with a good beating OP :P*I think I'm addicted to Chest Day Crew*

He who chooses his plan for himself, employs all his faculties. He must use observation to see, reasoning and judgment to foresee, activity to gather materials for decision, discrimination to decide, and when he has decided, firmness and self-control to hold to his deliberate decision.

I see your parents didn't beat the jealousy out of you.
Always lol @ the people who come from deadbeat parents and dysfunctional families always say **** like this. OMFG you're not "being your own man", garbage, while they are deadbeats themselves. Easy to ride the high horse.
Successful families are successful because they operate as a family unit, not that you'd understand coming from a chitty family.

Wasn't exactly a beating but was fukked up because the "father" was hitting his kid with his belt for a worthless reason. "Disciplining" your child because he can't catch a baseball yet? Strong fathering skills.
Disciplining your child imo is effective and I certainly think it's appropriate when done correctly but that father is just retarded.

i only got beat if i cut school or talked sht to my parents and i admit i deserved it but not over a damn game of catch.
lol at some of the people in here defending their parents for unwarranted beatings.
just because you got beat up for stupid shit as a kid doesn't make you some sort of alpha. it makes your parents weak *******s for inflicting unnecessary pain on a child because they were too weak minded to control their anger."If I hit my mom back I'd be dead" - Ronnie Coleman
