Everyone wants bigger thicker abs with more definition after they finish their cutting diet but nobody wants to work them out hard. And yes i know diet is what shows them. If you think its too hard good luck because you have to bust your ass for fast results. Here is my ab routine not for everyone is difficult and takes time to accomplish they give your core tremendous power and helps out on every compound exercise.

What the hell kind of a diet was that? Take 50 scoops of protein and eat 2 nasty meat patties? My dog has better looking dinners then that.
