Trying to get lean and work on getting toned up. Not sure if my diet is on the right tract. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
My current diet consist of something like this:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal with dried cranberries, 1tsp grade b maple syrup and sometimes with a 1/2 cup nonfat milk.
or
Natures path organic flax pumpkin cereal with nonfat milk.
or
Whole wheat bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter
Snack:
Banana
or
GNC's women ultra mega active shake blended with a banana & 4 strawberries
or
Almonds/Walnuts
Lunch:
100% whole wheat bread
Turkey sandwich meat
Cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Occasionally avocado
Snack:
Light yogurt
Dinner:
Protein shake
or
Chicken with string beans/veggies
Salmon with veggies
Pork chop with veggies
Steak with veggies
