Started the Carnivore month yesterday, no real reason why it just sounded like an interesting thing to do and see how I feel. Today was a chit workout but it's because I slept 4-5 hours. Not the end of the world but did do something new.

Poor neglected log. Workouts have been solid lately. Started new job, and although it's not really that different from my old floor I feel way more tired lately. Still going to the gym. Went 5 days in a row this week which is actually kind of a PR in itself.
