Can't remember without seeing before pic, but you do look like you have rear delts now. Didn't I say to do them because you had pain while pressing? Hows that feeling?
A 70 lb pull up would be legit, I'll try it fresh next time. And it wasn't intentional lol, my friend I was doing arms with was doing 115 (I made a mistake logging 105) for sets of 6 so I gave it a try and failed lol. Grabbed a bar with 95 lbs on it on the bench beside us (we weren't doing bench curls btw, we were just near the benches and one was left alone with 95 lbs) and failed but just barely.
Keep in mind I feel like chit for this entire workout lolEat Right. Lift Heavy. Be a Fat Manlet.

Rofl I also remember that. Srs post up the before pic, but you do have some decent rear delts now. I do 100% stand behind needing to do more rear delt work than just rows.
Example: My friend rowed twice a week for years but never did direct rear delt work and now has arthritis after sustaining a couple injuries. Not saying it was directly related, but it probably contributed.

Went to go for some cardio/ running around with a friend because the weather was nice.
Did a few sprints. It was kind of muddy. During like my 5th sprint my left leg tightens up really bad. Couldn't sprint anymore. Felt awful. It's the back of my left knee, on the inside part. It felt like an injury I've had before. Woke up today and it hurts pretty bad. It's tight and I can't really do a leg curl without pain. Walking is uncomfortable and climbing stairs is bad too. I think it's the tendon.
Feeling really really really sh*tty right now. Right when I've gotten back to doing legs consistently and off my old injury. I get hurt. Dead lifts were going up like crazy and I was looking forward to hitting PR's.
Fcuk this is depressing.Last edited by Frumpy; 04-01-2014 at 06:10 AM.

Listen carefully Frumps, because it's the revolution. You're not just gonna sit there being a sad kunt...
Srs, since this is first day of injury you can take ibuprofin (motrin/alleve) to prevent to much inflammation (should have done this immediately though) but after today don't keep taking it. Hot/cold packs for pain and stiffness, take it easy just for a day or two. But after that you need to get back to using the muscle lightly so that it stretches and gets some nutrients too it.
