this is far too broad. How many Calories, Carbs, Protien, Fat do you want it to consist of... One of my favorite snacks is Dark Chocolate (60% cocoa or higher) with peanut butter and some skim milk. Take 4 squares of the Chocolate (about 260 cals) and 2 tbs (200 to 30o cals depending on brand) of peanut butter make some sandwiches out of them. Get a good sugar up to keep my day going while still having some fats, and protein.
A protein shake, any cold cut sandwich, a protein bar, an energy bar, beef jerky, some weed brownies... really the possiblities are endless.

You dont care for calories or fat.... This statement makes me regret posting in this thread in the first place. If you dont care about cals, or fat... Id suggest you eat metal, or maybe dirt. As neither will supply you with cals or fat. 30g of Protein equals 120 calories... so..? Please read the stickies, get an understanding of your diet, calorie intake, and the importance of fats. Good luck, happy trolling!

Why are you asking ths question then? EAT ANYTHING. LARD, A JAR OF BUTTER, BREAD, PAM.... Anything that doesnt require cooking. You are in the nutrition forum yet you ask for a meal suggestion which should completely disregard nutrition because you dont care. Did you just want to form a long list of things you dont have to cook to eat? Go to the grocery store and head to the vegtable and fruit section they can help.
