    Exclamation Suggestions for meals

    For when im on break at work.
    Something quick and easy that doesnt require a microwave.
    So far i just eat a peanut butter sandwich.
    Any1 care to share some of there meals?

    this is far too broad. How many Calories, Carbs, Protien, Fat do you want it to consist of... One of my favorite snacks is Dark Chocolate (60% cocoa or higher) with peanut butter and some skim milk. Take 4 squares of the Chocolate (about 260 cals) and 2 tbs (200 to 30o cals depending on brand) of peanut butter make some sandwiches out of them. Get a good sugar up to keep my day going while still having some fats, and protein.

    A protein shake, any cold cut sandwich, a protein bar, an energy bar, beef jerky, some weed brownies... really the possiblities are endless.

    i don't eat anything until I'm done my workout at the end of the day, but nuts, other sandwiches would work

    i hope you aren't scared of fats, and think dietary fats is what makes you fat. fats are 1 of the 2 essential macro nutrients (the other being protein). but if you want a snack with carbs and protein with lower fat, i'd usually go with a protein powder. make a sandwich with lean meats.

    I know thats the most important part of building muscle. But i made this thread just for ppl to suggest quick and easy meals with a good protein and carb source
    that i could eat on my 10minute breaks while im at work

    Why are you asking ths question then? EAT ANYTHING. LARD, A JAR OF BUTTER, BREAD, PAM.... Anything that doesnt require cooking. You are in the nutrition forum yet you ask for a meal suggestion which should completely disregard nutrition because you dont care. Did you just want to form a long list of things you dont have to cook to eat? Go to the grocery store and head to the vegtable and fruit section they can help.

    Greek yogurt with fruit high protein cottage cheese mixed with egg whites. They have fat free chicken salad. In a can its good.peanut butter with crackers salads.you can eat any sorts of
    leftovers cold pizza chicken steak.
