How good is my stack?

I have ran out of all my products, so tonight i'm going to buy my new stack. What do you think of it? And is there anything I should change?

Thanks man, what would you recommend? I only really use Jack3d because I can get it pretty cheap but it hasn't really blown me away if you know what I mean! And do you have any idea why it says i'm 42 when i'm 20? Haha every time I change it, it changes back to 42!

lol no idea, but ur stack is solid... jack3d most people on here dont like, for many reasons.. some good pre's are..

Also if your looking for something on the cheap side and works look into scivation novem. Amazing stuff! Depending on your goals I migh add an intra bcaa such as xtend or atomic 7

I'm thinking about trying White Flood? It's something i've been wanting to try for a while but every time I go to stock up on my supps I completely forget about it.

For the Omega 3, make sure you are getting 2-3g of EPA+DHA daily....this is not the same as Total Omega 3. Usually they display the total Omega 3 number on the front, look on the label to see what exactly it has for EPA and DHA

Jack3d is good the first time you ever use it then after the first tub it sucks because you get used to it. Jack3d is discontinued anyway so i look at a better one. I have currently using C4 and couldnt be any happier. Love the taste and the pump/energy. My all time may have to be assault but i havnt used it in a while so ill have to compare to C4. My buddy gave me a whole thing of shock therpay yesterday and said he didnt want it because it kept him up for hours. I personally love stims and workout in the morning so i think im gonna use that soon. Try new ones out. Youll never know what you like.

A couple of tips:

- I would only use the Jack3d a couple of times per week
- I would swap the Triad for some anavite (to get a solid dose of beta al and LCLT)

or grab some SNS Beta-alanine or something, normally BA by itself is pretty cheap to throw a scoop in..

NOVEM is a very solid pre. Simple yet highly effective. Properly dosed products do wonders.
