forgot to add in the 5 lbs from the weight belt, clothing, hat, and clips... was 660... This was a personal record before i got 725 for reps...
Need to do better half squats with the squat suit... Gotta find the best one. Also have to find the best soy protein and best butter to eat.. I think i only ate 2 sticks of butter that day but still set a personal record.. I usually eat 5 sticks during the day even before i get to the gym.
Did this raw too.
