    what supplements do you guys take ?

    i ran out of fish oil and multis today so i need to go get some, currently i'm just using vitamin shoppe fish oil, some teen multi, and whey
    what kind of fish oil and multi do you use ?
    what other supps do you take ?

    I use the Charles Poliquin brand of supplement. great quality.
    I take the Fish oil, Vitamin D, Multi, HCL, Magnesium.

    Other supps I take are a Probiotic, Whey powder, Xtend, Jack3d and Vital greens.

    I occasionally use whey protein when I feel like a shake.

    I don't use any other supps. I get everything I need though whole foods and staying consistent with exercise.
