i ran out of fish oil and multis today so i need to go get some, currently i'm just using vitamin shoppe fish oil, some teen multi, and whey
what kind of fish oil and multi do you use ?
what other supps do you take ?

Protein powder for the days I feel I didn't have enough proteins. A pre-workout supplement when I feel too pooped to work out. Other than that I try to get all my nutrients from food.

Beet juice baby! Blend baby blend!
I know I'm the wrong gender (my mom is a woman!) sorry, but I've made crazy gains with beetroot juice. It can boost your stamina 16%. But don't buy up all my beets.
think about this when you pass by the beets in the aisle when yall go to the store for your shopping needs. Just a dollar for 3.
~(I just ran 3 miles in 90 heat and finished a 45 min lift session just now!)
throw away the make up and buy a blender!!!
