Sorry for making an ass out of myself in my previous thread and I'll be sticking too rippletoes 5x3 workout but what concerns me is that he squats and deadlifts on the same day. I respect he's probably got this down but does anyone have trouble doing that?

Physically impossible. After you squat, when you try to pick up deadlift the bar, the gods of powerlifting don't allow you to. They don't want you to overtrain bro brah man dude guy.

Absolutly you can. It's very tiring, and sometimes my lower back is pretty stiff from squatting, but it's do-able.450/315/480 at 165
