    2lbs a week is a good pace... much more and you will lose more muscle mass. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

    138.6 lbs! More than a 2 lb loss. I'm assuming at least some of it is water weight, but that's about 10 lbs since June 1st. And I'm about 6.6 lbs from my goal weight of 132, which is what I was aiming for by August.

    The whole problem was cutting out the cardio. I dont as well as I would like throughout the day so some of the slip ups get "fixed" by the cardio. Added it in and fat is coming off again.

    sorry i kinda fell out of the comp. i'm not exactly sure what happened since lately i've been eating bad, must've had a growth spurt or something but a bunch of fat is gone from my body. the lovehandles atleast
    still got dem puffy nips but could be worse i guess, lol
    right now i'm 180 or so but i might have 3 or 4 pounds of water retention. i haven't even been to the gym in a month and a half. got into biking recently

    I've designated today as a "moderate" cheat day. Went to watch The Dark Knight Rises, and had some popcorn and diet Pepsi. And later in the evening, I had a horrible headache, and was so hungry that we went to Quiznos and I ended up eating a veggie sandwich and I grabbed a Starbucks cappuccino afterwards.

    So far, I'm at 2091 calories for the day, and 220g of carbs. Not bad for a cheat day. I do plan on redoing P90X Shoulders & Arms (yesterday was good, but not great) and maybe some rowing today. Other than that, I'm going to treat today as any other normal day, and just make up for the extra during the course of the week.

    Well, I finished the half marathon run today! Official time was 01:54:20 with an average 08:44 pace. Was able to run the whole race and didn't really get tired. My knees hurt like a mofo right now though! Amazing what your body is capable of when you're carrying around a lot less weight .
