Well 164.5 today. Pretty good really after all the beer and junk food last weekend. Damn boys weekends. Lol. Plus I'm sure that big Mac combo last night at 10:00 didn't help. Have a great weekend all!!!!

254.6 this morning.
The whole problem was cutting out the cardio. I dont as well as I would like throughout the day so some of the slip ups get "fixed" by the cardio. Added it in and fat is coming off again.December 2011: 315lbs | January 2014: 249lbs | October 2014: 193lbs
Loss to date: 122lbs
Goal: Cut ~30lbs, then slow bulk with cut cycles when needed until 200lbs 12% bf.

I've designated today as a "moderate" cheat day. Went to watch The Dark Knight Rises, and had some popcorn and diet Pepsi. And later in the evening, I had a horrible headache, and was so hungry that we went to Quiznos and I ended up eating a veggie sandwich and I grabbed a Starbucks cappuccino afterwards.
So far, I'm at 2091 calories for the day, and 220g of carbs. Not bad for a cheat day. I do plan on redoing P90X Shoulders & Arms (yesterday was good, but not great) and maybe some rowing today. Other than that, I'm going to treat today as any other normal day, and just make up for the extra during the course of the week.

217.5 lbs. I have slowed down a bit. Time to put more cardio back into the mix.
