Yep... my arms are now back to what they measured pre-cut but with less fat... I haven't been doing calves other than some toe presses on the stairs with bw... calves grew and are 1" bigger than my arms. Le sigh.Originally Posted by Kimhwan92

My gym is located on top of a steep hill and flights of stairs. Inevitably burning calves, always.

struggling to go deep enough on my heavier sets on squats. its not that i'm going to heavy but just feels like i'm slow out the bottom. any advice?
