You'll never again be 12% BF and you'll never again even pull 600 pounds, you pathetic sack of sh!t. Now GTFO out of the gym. I hear Planet Fitness is offering a deal on memberships for fat losers who don't even lift and there's one with your name on it.

Jason, yours is the kind of cut I like to see: an obvious core of strength underneath the cover - width, size, it's all there....
Like unwrapping a Christmas present. Do they celebrate Christmas in England? I hope so Jason... I hope so...
maybe 24% homo?"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

That is actually what I am hoping to use to my advantage... I have well developed foundation under the fluff and have more bodyfat than the majority in the contest (which also means I can lose more fat per week) so hoping the difference between where I am starting and where I finish (assuming I can lose enough fat without losing muscle) should be fairly dramatic aesthetically. As Manu has said, I know exactally and in detail what needs to be done to win this... it is a matter of executing it and no breaks in willpower (no binges and no half assing it in the gym just because I am tired from the deficit).

It sounds like we are fueled by the same things. When someone tells me I can't do something it becomes an obsession to get those things done. No doubt by the end of the summer the final package is going to be w sight to be seen.

2500 cals eaten (putting me at nearly the max deficit my body fat can support)... not hungry, however I had a bit of diarrhea (probably from eating an absurd amount of carrots in my first meal) so am a little concerned I may have lost calories and.... electrolytes that I will need for training tomorrow. Considering popping some magnesium and calcium to be safe.

I'm surprised you stay upright on that few cals. I would be wired on caffeine to keep it together. Although I think my post-wrestling hatred of cutting might still be in full force.

Bw: 228.8.
Got some wraps yesterday for my elbows, should help with this sore connective tissue from pressing every day.
Joel this is what I am currently drinking, it is a fairly cheap coffee but taste decent enough in a french press.

Highly doubtful....I would think if it was bad diarrhea then it would be from water loss (not necessarily electrolyte since those would be taken up in the small intestine and that's not where you're having issues) in general that you might feel a bit week.
I might add that my stomach likes to evacuate things if it's a little off so I'm very familiar with this issue lol.

EOD ME workouts are fine. I find hammering ME workouts for the same body parts back to back too many days in a row can bury me though, great for size, but connective tissue really starts to ache and the chronic fatigue (which already can be bad due to my Meneire's... I ususally need naps during the day just to function) post workout can really mount up. At the peak of my "bulk" (we can call it that but I didn't gain any fat I already had this fat) I was napping an hour post workout every day almost.
Might start doing shrugs also... again dramatic transformation. I let rowing and pulling handle my traps, if I beef them up a little more on my cut it might add a new element to my shoulders and back.Last edited by JasonDB; 05-30-2012 at 11:14 PM.
