Happens every time I work with maximal poundages. I can eliminate it once I get used to doing doubles with a weight... but your criticism is a valid point. Mentally I think I have a bit of a hangup about sitting back enough with a new PR attempt.

Ritalin is definately a legit cutting drug. I don't care though, as long as peeps are honest about it I think it is all fair game. I'll still out work and out train anyone to bridge the gap. Cutting drugs are only going to mess with calories really, and you can outtrain someone on cutting drugs, and others have admitted already in their logs to things like EC stacks, so its all good.
The only real concern should be "hardening drugs", which will make you come in looking leaner and harder at a given bf. Again people are just unlikely to invest that kind of $ in this contest so I see little risk here.
I usually train to metal, but on from time to time gangsta rap. I only listen to rap where they talk about slinging powder, money, b!tches and ak's though... because it needs to be aggressive. I don't want any of that uplifting sh!t.

Well, I think it's more of a decision to make. Either get off the box and pause them (our squats are similar style now except you are a lot wider in your foot placement), or stay on the box and get your sit back worked out.
Or, get some briefs since you're clearly heading that way. Then you can sit back to your hearts content and let the canvas lift it for you .*Unaesthetic Crew* Disregard V-Taper, Acquire PRs.

Macros: 2500 cals, 180g brotein, 25g fat, high carbs.
Mood: irritable, not hungry, but I am definately on edge, and ready to chew off someone's face. I'm going to need a very long training session tomorrow to get it out of my system. Hopefully my wife is in the mood when she gets home, as I need to either **** something or get in a bar fight. LoLLast edited by JasonDB; 06-14-2012 at 12:02 PM.

Trollololol! Noooooooooooooo my gains! I am majorly irritable... like PMSing everywhere.
I already trained. It is after 8 pm here. If I jerk off and the wifey wants a good pounding that isn't my best option either. She just got off work and is probably on her way home.

nice workout. Lots of similar sculpting work to my own dere. Your weight has stalled at 222 for a couple of days now.. WHat do you expect your average daily/weekly weight loss to be from here on?

2+ lbs a week. I stall and swoosh, stall and swoosh. I'm down 20 lbs in 6 weeks, and 10 in the last 3 since the start of the contest. Next week some time I will be sub 220. End of this contest I will be under 200. I am eating a lot of sodium, dairy, and truckloads of diet soda daily. I'll cut all that out the final 2 weeks of the contest for another free 5-10 lbs so I could come in as low as 185-190, but am predicting closer to 195.
I probably will swoosh the first day I eat lower sodium and mostly chicken and rice the night before. I can pretty much control my swoosh days by picking what I eat.Last edited by JasonDB; 06-15-2012 at 03:26 AM.

Didn't realise how much you'd lost already until I saw it down on paper. Feeling leaner already I bet

Stuffed and bloated too full to eat... too much CC and filled up on too much fiber between all my veggies and the bit of high fiber organic whole wheat pasta. Used ice cream to bring my final cals up a bit.
Macros: 2300ish cals... maybe 2400 did not measure ice cream that closely. Protien 200g, fat about 30g (mostly from ice cream).
Tomorrow is going to be a lot of speed squats, maybe some push presses and pendlays and/or shrugs... we'll see how I feel.

I know I said otherwise, but now I'm so tempted to try this CC thing. "Too full to eat" and still at a deficit sounds like heaven.

It works pretty well the couple days I have tried it. Just find a way to flavour it that you like. I am pretty sick of it now though, going to do some chicken dishes tomorrow to get my brotein in. I'm shocked that doing things like this with IF are filling me up. I have to use less diet soda on my CC days.
