Jason, so this means by the end of your cut you get to remove the "un" and just be aesthetic right?
Patience, dedication, drive.

Food for the day finished (I actually didn't have any good junk today mostly bro food well if white rice is bro... chicken, white rice, curry sauce, carrots, yogurt, blueberries). 2800 cals, 250g protein, high carb very little fat, my feed window was just under 6 hours and I'm stuffed. All of the diet soda helped.

In. Like I said in the other thread, I've got more test than some of the other competitors probably (horny 21yr old, I'm thinking it's pretty high), so as long as you're in "normal" range through prescription, I have no problem. You'll still have to work your ass off to beat people like PhiSig (unless his wife bakes lots of goodies, I think he'll do really well).
Also, I don't hear Illini and MiscD complaining about competing against guys..maybe because they're not pussies and are too busy putting in work to complain.Transformation Journal:

I'm coming for that ass. IF + insane amounts of deit soda are letting me easily maintian my deficit thus far. I was losing on 3200 already... if I run 2800 for a while and gradually increase my gpp work I should be shedding fat rapidly.
Manu felt it wasn't a big deal either. I went into details with him on the specifics (as he is a doctor). If people think I am going to lose an extra 5 lbs of fat because of it they are profoundly ****ing ignorant and I really just don't know what to say to them. For reference I am at around 1,000 ng/dL.
What people should be very concerned about, 1000x more than the HRT, is that I used to have a lot more muscle and strength than I do now (I've only been training again 9 months with anything other than very light weight) so I have a massive muscle memory advantage that will allow me to recomp possibly even on a hard cut. Any strength gains I see will translated into hypertrophy. While we are being honest. ;-)
Also there is nothing stopping anyone from using any supplement or drug they like if they are keeping it to themself and in my opinion if someone wants to spend $1,000+ on the Zyzz bicyle, and suffer some insanely horrific side effects for 3 months just to win $150 and a week's glory in on the forum, I suppose they have earned it... but it would be silly and foolish. More power to them. The difference in my case is I've been forthright about it, put it out there for the judges... and I would encourage others to just come clean about it. If someone is using 10x my theraputic dose and are honest about it, I'll still compete against them head to head, because I know at the end of the day if I outwork them I can still beat them.... as no amount of drugs are going to let you gain that much muscle in a caloric deficit in 12 weeks (much bigger issue for the bulking group than the cutting group).... and if they are doing it to come in harder and dryer they have spent some serious $, because pre-contest drugs that do that are not for those on a tight budget. Now in that case they might win, but damned why spend that type of money for something like this?Last edited by JasonDB; 05-26-2012 at 01:46 PM.

If your having trouble with working your biceps enough you should definitively try adding some biceps cable crossovers. Really underrated mass builder imo. Will def gie you some "peak" to your guns...

You can shove those bicep cable curls right up your well-peppered angus.
I will break you.
Gym opens in just under 2 hours... this 9 am opening time on weekends if pissing me off. I'll channel that rage into the bar and hit a squat PR today.

Workout... for those new to my logs I don't include phaggy time warmups so you will never see 135 bench or 315 deadlift/squat numbers listed in my log... I don't count reps and bull**** on warmups.
Box squat
405x2 video but couple things I did not like in the video. First rep I touched down on the box too softly, and didn't sit back far enough which means I didn't hit depth and my knees were too far forward.
405x1 this time I sat further back and paused on the box for a one count
365x3
Bench press
225x3x10 (sticking with my high volume per week of reps with 225 for now as my bench has completely stalled and I need a break from heavy benching for a little while)
Pendlay Row
225x5
275x3x3 (vid)
Dumbbell preacher curl
#35x2x8
Decline skullcrusher
110x8
110x6 tris were cramping up so ended early
Farmer's walks until my fingers were literally bleeding, probably 30-40 mins of them with #45 rubber plates alternating with a friend, so 50% of the time was spent doing the walks
Standing ab work.
Squat PR was done listening to:

have you seen the TV show Spaced? you look like one of the characters on that with your army top!
You pendlays have too much English to call the Pendlays. They are more like traditional BB rows from a dead position. I should really start putting in farmer walks on my lower daysSaying Zyzz inspired you to lift is like saying Justin Bieber inspired you to sing
